the way i picture zoey is Soft but muscley. She’s got very strong legs and decent muscles up top, but she’s also got a lil belly and shes warm and soft and perfectly cuddley. a very healthy looking little guy.
Rumi is ripped. she’s not like BULKY per se but every muscle is perfect, sculpted, and strong. personally i think her back would be sooooooooo hot. she takes the gym very seriously
and Mira is lanky as anything, long and tall and sharp edges. doesnt look muscular at all really but she IS strong. Zoerumi are definitely both stronger than her.
Thinking about how the Doctor’s curiosity and deeply emotional personality leaves them alienated from the emotionally stifled Gallifrey, but their nature as a Time Lord leaves them unable to truly connect with the companions they surround themselves with and realizing that the Doctor holds the same appeal to me as the world’s loneliest whale and it’s song no other whale hear.
alive!gabe headcanons that i will not be elaborating upon:
hates mayonnaise. the texture of it specifically. if he thinks about the texture he thinks about the taste and then suddenly it tastes disgusting and he needs it out of his mouth immediately.
doesn’t like wearing short sleeves or shorts, prefers long sleeves and pants. it makes him feel less vulnerable
wears a lot of rings and fidgets with them constantly
collects bracelets. almost never wears them
would 100% fw nail polish, unfortunately he can’t wear it often because he picks at his nail beds a lot and he can’t stand seeing the polish chip
almost never brushes his hair. it’s constantly tangled and he has to get someone else (usually natalie bc it bugs her to see it get so bad) brush through it like once every month. he complains about how it hurts the whole time
was a fnaf kid. he played the games around natalie with the full knowledge that she was deathly afraid of them (his favorite character was fnaf 1 bonnie)
good at putting his thoughts into writing, but finds it harder to say them out loud. this also carries over to lyric-writing
almost always humming to himself
needs glasses. rarely ever wears them.
despises white noise. it gets in his head and then he can’t ignore it and everything is Terrible
doesn’t like coffee and prefers hot chocolate or tea instead
huge psychology and history nerd
pretty good at math, but hates it. if math had a bloodline he would wish death upon it probably (understandable)
very quiet on his feet. he usually scares people by just Showing Up without warning because he accidentally appears in rooms without making a sound
remember that animatic? yeah me too and it's been lost so all I got is what I was going to continue it with/revise with.
stop telling people we're dead
EVERYONE is in distrsss rn, but it looks so much more like worry then actual anger. And they’re all looking up slightly at Caine presumably, most likely going insane!!!
Also two call backs to past people who used to live in th circus… the whole gimmick being magic tricks too, and a huge part of those is “bringing people back” (disappearing /reappearing.)
IDK WHAT THEORY I HAVE I JUST HAVE THOUGHTS
It's honestly kind of jarring being one of only two queer people at my job, because sometimes I'll see people who are obviously, visibly, unabashedly queer and mention it to one of my non-queer coworkers and they're like "why does it matter?" or "i don't care if someone is gay or straight or whatever" or "okay, and?" What they don't seem to understand is that I'm not being judgy when I point it out. That's nothing but queer joy babey.
A trans boy who's experimenting with hair dye and oversized hoodies and new names and has currently settled on a video game character? We love to see it.
A gay elder who has never explicitly told me that he's gay, but wears rainbows all the time, has a little pride pin on his hat, paints his nails, and mentions his gender-neutral "beloved" who loves Rocky Horror and Priscilla Queen of the Desert? Makes me want to cry from sheer happiness.
A woman and her daughter coming in to get library cards, and when I asked how many she'd like on her family account, she replies "three, for me, my daughter, and my wife"? Catch me trying not to burst with euphoric squealing at the circulation desk.
When I point these people out, it's because I'm happy to see them! I'm glad these people can live authentically and contentedly and that we can run into each other. I"m glad there are closeted people who can see the visibly queer folks and maybe get that little extra bit of confidence to live the way they want. I'm glad we don't have to hide!
Basically, I live and breathe that panel from Fun Home.
