flag id: a flag with 11 stripes. the second and tenth stripes arey wavy while the rest are straight. the third and ninth stripes are largest, the first and eleventh much smaller, the fourth, fifth, seventh, and eighth smaller than those, the second and tenth smaller than those, and the sixth smallest. they are red-black, very dark red, dark red, medium dark red, faded red, near-black, very light blue, light blue, blue, meidum dark blue, and dark blue. end id.
