Oh you know what I completely forgot to mention it because it's in a draft of mine (probably gonna delete it idk if i'll ever make a proper response), but Wikipedia's English page about hypospadias now has— pretty in your face cause of the real-life picture of someone with it on the page (this is a CW for the following link)— vulvar hypospadias representation!!! (link) I found it out completely by accident looking up the trait. You can tell the vulvar hypospadias information is kinda just shoved in there, and the bulk of the text still implies it's only talking about penile hypospadias, but this is still pretty huge!

Hank Hill from King of the Hill is canonically intersex-coded, and he has urethral hypoplasia! He's canonically stated to have a narrow urethra which caused fertility issues with his wife, and was likely inherited as it's suggested his brother and perhaps his father Cotton also had the same trait.

Crona Gorgon from Soul Eater is intersex-coded and canonically agender (or just non-binary, depending on your interpretation (link)) using any pronouns with a preference for they/them, and their variation is Klinefelter Syndrome (Trisomy XXY) with muscle hypotonia, distal hypospadias, and mild microorchidism!

The requester elaborates: “ the agender aspect is canon but technically not the intersex, however l argue that the author DID actually unintentionally make it canon just without saying it. The manga has one of those awful, AWFUL "gender swap" scenes that used to be in damn near every manga/anime at the time and everyone but Crona is affected which to me says they are totally sexless (possibly as a byproduct of the fact they are a witch's child in the manga given how that universe does weird things in that regard but not the point currently) and not just agender. ”
