I am trying to be healthier and make better choices. So I typical try to start my day with fresh or frozen fruit with cottage cheese or a homemade smoothie with greek yogurt, oats, fruit. However yesterday I found two blue packs of Ramen Noodles and I bought them. The blue packs are so hard to find. If there had been 20 instead of two I would have bought them all. With that said I was over my daily allowance of Weight Watchers points yesterday so I couldn’t have any yesterday. I had a lazy relaxing morning today but I leapt up out of my bed when I remembered they were in the house. I made two packs right here to start me day. As it was cooking I was slicing strawberries & oranges to add to my salads for later. I drained some blueberry juice from my frozen fruit for my dinner smoothie. I started the coffee and I can smell it drifting out through the slider. I am now out of the deck enjoying my really bad breakfast choice feeling delighted with myself. My takeaway is it’s ok the enjoy junk food. I just need to make a plan for healthy choices for the rest of the day. I am not going to torture myself but instead embrace the joy that this blue pack Ramen gave me.
