I totally get if you guys want justice from Siimpi if they wronged you... but don't turn this into a fanwar! Some of PZSN have already shown love for FROST and I'm sure some of the girls will become good friends! Knowing Yeseul, she'll probably lead the way since FROST debuted in the same year. She's naturally kind and extroverted!
I kinda get what people are saying about the teasers being busy, but idk I feel like they're already iconic! I especially love Bohyun's, she looks stunning.
Ah yes, of course. I didn't want to say anything before but...
Yeseul comments as the last housemate enters.
"Hello Ms. Ahn Yeseul and viewers! I'm Baek Bohyun! I have been singing and performing since I could walk. I was formerly apart of A-"
"A.B.D! Oh my gosh I knew I recognized you! I mean, when I first saw you when we were training. So you're B? You were the most popular member!"
"To be fair, the line and center distribution was abhorrent."
"And your outfit might be he most unique so far."
"I wanted to encapsulate different aspects of my life and personality. Preppy, academic, but youthful."
"Oh wow! Other members just wore something they usually wear, but you put a lot of thought into yours!"
Baek Bohyun turns toward the camera, speaking directly
"I did not upset the viewers, did I? I hope not, but if I did, I hope you guys keep tuning in and supporting us. I promise I will show you more parts of my personality!~"
"You can tell you've been in the industry for 7 years! So professional."
"Thank you! I was nervous about how I would come off."
"You? Nervous?"
"Then, I will start what I prepared. I will be performing Macaron by our seniors, Ki-Ti."
Despite having no background music, Bohyun's charismatic intro is full of life. It's full of personality but incredibly technical. Every line is beautiful and she's incredibly light on her feet.
When she starts singing, it's explosive. Her vocals are clear as glass and she projects to the back of the room with ease. With her pleasant vibrato and bright, unique tone, the performance is chill inducing.
After she finishes, the room is quiet. The editor turns up the gain so you can hear the extent of the silence. Bohyun is barely breaking a sweat.
Yeseul finally breaks the silence:
"I was 16 when you debuted. Sorry- this is random-"
"Nonsense! Please continue."
Says Bohyun before waiting on bated breath.
"And I thought that you guys were for babies. You know how teenagers are. My younger sister and her friends were obsessed with you guys. My sister wanted to be you, declaring her favorite color as pink and watching anything to do with you. So safe to say I saw you a lot. I remember walking past my sister watching you on our ancient computer and stopping in my tracks. You were unrefined which is expected of someone 13 years old, but something about you gripped me. All I knew at that moment was that 'B needed to keep going because she had something.' Watching you just now made me realize what I saw back then. You were born to be on stage."
The silence returns, cut by Bohyun's quick inhale.
"Thank you."
It's a simple response, but both Yeseul and the viewers feel how loaded it is. Especially with the slight quiver in Bohyun's voice.
Bohyun is taken upstairs to the last remaining bed.
"I'm sorry you get no choice."
"This is excellent, actually. I think I would have chosen this anyway."
"Since you watched their episodes, you can choose between Cheon Bomi and Lee Huiyeon for your pair."
"If one person is not chosen, are they just alone?"
"No, they can join a pair to form a little group. For instance, me and Park Byeol were already discussing having Cheon Bomi join us because we're all introverts and in the same room."
"Perfect. I would like to pair with Lee Huiyeon, then."
"Wow, you answered fast."
Huiyeon is brought into the room and both women bow to each other.
"You are a phenomenal dancer."
Says Bohyun.
"You're great too."
Both women speak in a calm manner.
"I feel like I have a lot I could learn from such a skillful dancer. Do you know Alone by RICA?"
The two then dance together, slowly extracting smiles from the other as they talk through technique. It becomes clear that Bohyun's dance style tailored for pop music while Huiyeon's is more hip hop.
Ahn Yeseul says almost to herself. The woman who walks in also says something to herself so quiet the mic barely picked it up:
"Hm? What was that noise?"
The woman walks over to the fireplace as she was instructed beforehand and stands in silence, as if waiting for something.
"I-I'm sorry I was just stunned."
Yeseul finally breaks the silence and the woman jolts a little before looking around.
"Hm?"
The woman vocalizes softly again.
"Oh! Did you not watch? I'm on the tv."
The woman is scared by Yeseul's voice once again, finally looking at the tv.
"Oh my-! I'm so sorry! Wait... was I supposed to watch?"
The woman speaks to Yeseul directly for the first time, apologizing profusely.
"No! No! It's okay! You technically didn't have to watch, but the other three have."
"Oh my. I'm sorry."
"Don't apologize! It's totally okay. What's your name?"
"Sor- I mean! M-my name is Cheon Bomi."
"Cheon Bomi... even your name is pretty... can I have your autograph? Haha!"
"Hm?"
Cheon Bomi says before tilting her head slightly.
"Oh my gosh... beautiful AND cute? Give me a break."
Yeseul says with incredulity.
"Oh my... thank you..."
"You are going to be an important pillar of the group. Can you pose? This is going to be a valuable frame of this episode."
"Of course! I-I've been practicing so..."
Bomi strikes a simple pose to rapturous applause from Yeseul.
"KYAAAH! ANOTHER!"
"OH MY GOSH! YOU'RE A GODDESS! *ahem* I'm sorry I needed to get that out of my system. Did you have anything prepared, Ms. Bomi?"
"Yes! I prepared a dance. I've been listening to Cool! by FROST since it came out, so I want to do the choreography."
The way Bomi speaks is careful, soft, and formal.
"Ah! Me too! I'm excited. Please, start whenever you're ready."
Bomi performs a clean cover of Cool!'s choreography, nothing amazing but a serviceable performance.
"I love it! If you don't mind me asking, tell me about your look here! I haven't asked yet but it's very simple."
"Yes... I love sweaters and boot cut jeans. I think they look good and are comfortable, but I mainly love it because they don't stand out."
"Stand out? My "i" senses are tingling."
"I-I get a lot of attention, I know you shouldn't say things like that but I try to not stand out as much. It makes me a little uncomfortable."
"Really? You're going to receive a lot more attention now, right?"
"Right, but now I feel like I'll receive attention for something I worked toward instead of something I can't control."
Bomi seems the most confident she's been since she walked in, and maybe a tiny bit sad.
"Wow... you know what? You're right. I'm not on your level but it definitely feels awkward when I get a compliment because... what do you say? Thank you? I didn't do anything, haha."
"Exactly! It feels like I'm being wrongfully praised."
"Aaaand I did that exact thing that makes you and even me uncomfortable, right?"
"D-don't worry about it! I'm just glad to finally talk about it."
"Oh good! I'm glad to hear it. Are you ready to go upstairs?"
"Yes!"
Bomi seems much less tense now.
After Yeseul explains which room is the introvert room and which one is the extrovert one, Bomi easily chooses the former.
"Ah, well! Hello! Now we can meet in person!."
"Oh my... yes, Hello!"
"Hi..."
Says Park Byeol before laughing awkwardly as she enters the room.
"Since you haven't seen, this is Park Byeol. Our room is full!"
The three of them get acquainted, adjusting to the living setting they're going to have for a while.
"Ah before we forget, since you get last pick this is your bed."
