My wife likened Blushing Monk to a raspberry soda with some alcohol mixed in. I tend to agree with that statement but I found it to too think and syrupy.

Last night at Founders, KBS release party. One of the greatest menus I’ve ever seen there. Backwoods Bastard, KBS, CBS and Blushing Monk…not to mention Black Rye and Imperial Stout along with all the standards and tap room specials! Had to stay until close. Love Founders!
