Been on it hard this week- my prior work is paying off!! I’ve gotten my mile below 8 mins- gonna keep working at it- luckily when I get my shorter recovery runs- I hit them hard as I can- 7:20 is the best mile I’ve done in awhile (like since high school lmao) . . . I’ve got a few runs planned- the bmw 5k social run @classicbmw oct 4th, the turkey trot 8m run on thanksgiving 😒, then the @bmwdallasmarathon half marathon dec 9th- so I’m gonna keep at it and get better 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥- also been seeing a shift in my old dad bod 😂😂😂 . .
