I'm still turning over the deliberate uncertainties of Mutiny but the biggest unanswered question is when/how did Hornblower get his clothes back after the Lieutenants got arrested. Was it beneath the dignity of an officer for Sawyer to arrest someone who was buckass naked? Was there a period where there were three guys in a very small brig and only two pairs of pants between them?

Hey chat? Remember when I said I was going to learn to knit this year? And then I just didnt? I've bitten the bullet and cast on a jumper! This is virtually the first time I've ever knit, I could just about do a knit stitch, but badly and that was all I could do... now I've learnt to purl, tension properly, and I've even done German short row shaping :3c

Heres my knitting in front of the first fire of the season, two nice warming things for the start of what is quickly becoming a chilly autumn!

When I was a Freshman in high school one of my English class assignments was to give a presentation on a topic of my choosing… so naturally I gave presentation on the actions that each officer on the Titanic took on the night that she sank and their fates….. I did not have to do any research cause I’d already done it for the last two years… so yeah…

sometimes I stare into space and lament the fact that the vast majority of people do not know that the knot used to tie your shoes is a square knot and it's very easy to mess up and result in a granny knot that will constantly become untied. but if you know what to look for you can get it right every time without having to remember which side you started with
