Thinking about how Evan just wanted to belong to one place and Sam belonged to too many places, how they both needed a non superficial confirmation to be who they are and be enough just for one person and to build on that and found that each other, Evan seeing it when he let himself be open to Sam and Sam seeing it when she kept closing her true self off, thinking about how the romance was secondary, that Sam never got tired of telling Evan where he was welcomed, that Evan will be a mirror for Sam because he won't lie about her true goodness, that Sam wants to create, that Evan wants to rest, just thinking about Sunday dinners, face masks, watching Terminator 2 special edition cast and crew commentary, T2 cuddles, special mugs for tea, snowball fights, late night take out on the bedroom floor, puzzles, comfortable silences....simply saying "ready to go home"....😭
