Ven went out on the boat with the hound dogs over the weekend. He decided he was gonna spend the entire time swimming which I was shocked cause even with his life jacket on he prefers being on land but hey to each their own. He also suprised me how well hes adjusting to things I thought were gonna be forever triggers with him. Fine with the people, fine with the new dogs etc etc

Another amazing weekend on the boat!
We had a renaming ceremony and unveiled the new name of our boat - Time & Tide. Everyone drank lots of prosecco and had a bit too much fun (we had a few unintentional swimmers, but they’re all good).
Rika and her friend Jess brought stuff for s'mores but we couldn’t get to the island to have a fire so we roasted marshmallows on the barbecue.
Ty and I also retrieved our friend’s missing kayak - they’d given up on finding it and were so happy we found it for them! (By marine law we could have claimed salvage rights, but we just gave it back.)
Lots of swimming, relaxing, and drinking, a ton of fun, a few shooting stars, and one hell of a beautiful sunset, as you’ve all already seen…
