I did end up catching another viewing of The Day the Earth Blew Up in Regal earlier this week. When I watched it the first time, I didn't even notice that The Invader and The Scientist hugged (Idk how I missed it). It was fun to overanalyze the scenes with them in it. I look forward to the eventual disc release!

After watching the movie for a 2nd time, my consensus still remains: The Invader and The Scientist NEED TO should K I S S.
