Non-scale victory!
So I’m a short human being, and as my legs have gained weight I found that I couldn’t grab my leg behind me to stretch out my quads anymore.
When I started working out it was a bit of a struggle because I never felt fully stretched out.. but today I put my foot up behind my knee/leg and I just managed to grab my foot! I couldn’t quite believe it, and don’t know if it’s my leg getting smaller or me being more flexible - both of which are issues I really wanted to work on.
Very happy this evening! Body Pump class done, Body Attack booked for Thursday and Spinning on Friday! 💪🏼🏃🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️
