Is it common to develop lactose intolerance later in life? I never used to have issues with it but now whenever I drink milk etc. I feel bloated and awful for hours.

REALLY GROSS TMI UNDER THE CUT

i have this problem where i eat too much in a small amount of time and it doesn't really agree with my digestive system, specifically my um..my lower intestine on out...

basically  i get really chronic constipation for like 5 days and then i have to handle my own shit which is, at this point, same old. which is gross. ugh.

but  basically for the past 4 days i've been MISERABLE because if you don't know, constipation feels like gas, but 666666x worse. it got to the point yesterday where i was throwing up because my body WOULD NOT allow any more food  in. i was full up. and i tried to sleep it off, so  i took some pain meds and nodded off

and woke up this morning in so much pain i was crying. 

but i  FIXED IT. and now  i don't feel like DEATH.
