Too tired to get back up off the floor now haha, this week is exhausting ☠🔥🔥
Day 16 (8/3/21): what is your morning routine like? Is it working for you? Are there any tiny habits you’d like to add?
Pretty standard these days!! On work days its shower>makeup>watch youtube videos that get me hyped up while I drink a bunch of water>walk to work blasting music. On weekends I work out or go on a long walk with my bestie first thing, then make and consume a huge amount of the world’s best porridge (secret recipe 😈).
I change things around every few months, like sometimes I’ll have a phase of eating breakfast before work, or doing yoga first thing but nothing too wild! I do make my bed right after I get up too, but that’s easy because my bed takes up most of my room so if I don’t make it I have nowhere to sit after I get up haha.
Day 17 (8/4/21): what is your night routine? Is it working for you? Are there any tiny habits you’d like to add?
I don’t have much of a night routine, the hot weather and isolation recently ruined my ability to fall asleep so honestly I just stopped trying to go to bed at a set time. After getting ready for bed I do whatever I feel like at night until I feel tired enough to stop, then put some rain sounds on spotify and try to crash out until ~6am.
I’d like to say I want a set bedtime, but I’m greedy and want to do everything most evenings, and there just isn’t enough time to get it all done so I stay up late!! I don’t want to sacrifice my time for painting, talking to friends, cooking or working out so I dig into my sleep time instead. Hopefully some day I’ll find a balance but it’s not looking likely... Pretty sure most other people working and commuting full time feel the same way though :’)
I've been doing Team Body Project videos for a few weeks now, and am happy to say today I downloaded the roku app and the phone app and am going to start tomorrow on Day 1 of their 6 week workout program.
Been working out daily for 25 days now, and am excited to finally actually join the community and program officially.
I'm down 12lbs so far and my ass is looking real nice, but let's see how much more I can be down following the actual plan in 6 weeks.

One month ago, I decided it was time to make a change in my life. Yesterday, I finished Team Body Project’s Real Start program. This morning, I weighed in 35 lbs lighter than when I started. Still a long way to go, but I’m really starting to feel my progress!
