I wore my new pants with floral print today and my favorite pair of sneakers. And for a brief moment I felt proud of my body. So I think I made some progress today.. :)
Have you ever attended a dance class to make yourself feel more secure and confident about your body... only to leave hating yourself even more?
Just me?
I've been feelin really shitty about my body lately. Its been a real big bummer since having Arya. I know that I should be proud of it because i created such a beautiful babygirl. Its just hard sometimes when i try and put on some clothes on from before the pregnancy and i look like a stuffed sausage. I just wanna lose like 40 pounds. That's not too much. Its just hard being a stay at home mama and just wanting to eat chocolate. I need to go to the gym.
Confession:
I hate the way I look when I sit down. My butt, hips, and stomach spill out like a fat blob. I know that's what happens to fat, but I feel fatter/uglier when I sit.
How I feel I should look after the gym vs what I really look like after the gym
Not sure what to do from here, or what would look good. Do I look good? I genuinely have no clue, and I definitely don’t see me like everyone else sees me so… just guessing
Probably would help if I knew how to take a good selfie lmao…..
Anyways trying not to be super hard on myself, and acknowledge I don’t see myself how everyone else sees me.
