A Quick Smoothie before my Workout🥤💪 ● A perfect 1️⃣0️⃣ . . So in one of those people that kind of forgets to eat throughout the day, and I've actually resorted to smoothies to keep my health up. They are super easy, and though this isn't a @bodybywild recipe, I've tried them (you know your girl diiieeessss for #CoffeeBreak☕) and loooovveeee them🥰❤ . . . For this Quickie and most smoothies that I make, I usually use ingredients that are healthy and have added benefits. Like cucumbers are a fave because they're soooo good for my skin😚 I shall leave the recipie down below: . . 📜 Ingredients: 🚩 Cucumber (I used just a little less of a half.) 🚩 1 Rib of Celery [Both are good for inflammation. Cucumber is good for skin, girl. Trust] 🚩6 Grapes (I believe in even numbers except for 13) 🚩3 Almonds 🚩3 Walnuts [Filled with fiber, antioxidants & nutrition. Also, delicious snacks] 🚩2 TB of Low Fat Greek Yogurt [A probiotic, good for recovery and tastes meh on its own] 🚩 2 Scoops of @bodybywild 's Raw Vanilla Vegan Protein Shake (I like to use a vanilla base so I can taste alllll the flavours more) 🚩300ml of Milk (I am not vegan, but I would usually use almond milk because its sweeter than normal milk.
