The Resilience of Being – Extended Deadline – 14th October 2019
For those of you who aren’t aware, I am putting together and publishing an anthology called The Resilience of Being, revolving around people’s experiences with their body image. A big thank you to everyone who has submitted so far!
I have had a few queries since the suggested deadline, asking whether I could still accept submissions. I’m happy to say I’ve been able to extend the deadline by a month, to 14th October, for submissions that want to make it into the print anthology.
Any submissions received after 14th October may still be accepted, but will be hosted on the online platform: resilienceofbeing.co.uk
I am touched and impressed by the experiences I have read so far, so would love to see what else is out there. Any questions, feel free to get in touch.
Looking for non-fiction submissions of 1,000 – 4,000 words on your experience with body image. These can be essays, poems, prose; no scripts or fictional short stories please.

This might be the hardest to share this far just because I don't love being filmed but who the heck doesn't dance around their room? Dancing is one of those activities that always makes me feel happy and relaxed and confident, even if my dancing is crap.
