For me a full BOFJ involves Koo's arms being open because it's actually the openness of Jungkook's entire body toward Jimin that is the hallmark of that move. It's nearly a caging move only he does it sitting down.
But the chest is there and one leg is there - I think he's subconsciously testing, a little bit. He's still careful, hence the other leg remaining folded up and his arms in front of the balls in question.
He's posturing, a little, but they aren't in a mature adult relationship yet, here. The comfort level isn't there. For lack of a better word, the intimacy level isn't high enough. Yet.
It'll get there, give it a year or two.
