i feel like bokuto would really annoy the librarians because he wouldn’t be able to be quiet for more than 5 minutes. when he calms down he would NOT take care of the books- he would break the spine, bend the book, fold the pages. basically a readers hell. however, you give him a book to borrow and he cherishes it and tries his very best not to damage it because he values his friends belongings. moral of the story, bokuto would be banned from his local library :)

daichi would definitely befriend all of the librarians and be respectful of his surroundings *cough cough unlike bokuto cough cough*. the librarians would secretly give him snacks because they like him so much and want to look after him. but once he is sat down, he would pull out his flask containing green tea and start to study for his english test (i feel like daichi is really good at english literature). after studying, he would peruse the mystery books, pull out a random book from the aisle and read until the library closes. daichi is definitely the type of person who loves reading dates at the park or even in the library <3

imagine this: you’ve come to the library with kageyama and he’s run off somewhere. you decide to leave him for an hour so that you can find the books that you’ve been dying to read and then start to look for him. eventually, you find him in a corner engrossed in a romance novel, surprised at the fact that someone like him would ever read that type of genre. he notices you as his cheeks start to glow red and he frantically tries to hide the book- it’s too late, you’re already laughing. kageyama gets very angry and tries to deny the fact that he was reading a soppy romance. eventually you both get kicked out for being very loud but you’re walking out in fits of laughter whilst kageyama is still embarrassed.

hinata definitely still loves to read children’s books. i don’t know why but he would keep a copy of ‘the gruffalo’ in his room. hinata would also love to read manga especially action mangas like naruto or my hero academia. he rarely goes to the library but you would definitely catch him in a book shop in the manga section. on the rare occasion that you do see hinata in the library, it would be because daichi forced him and kageyama to study for their mid year tests, otherwise they wouldn’t get to go to a training camp :D
