Bolo de Chocolate Cremoso
Ingredientes
Massa:
3 ovos
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
1 xícara (chá) de leite
2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
1 xícara (chá) de chocolate em pó
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
Recheio e cobertura (brigadeiro cremoso):
2 latas de leite condensado 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga 6 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó ½ caixinha de creme de leite (para dar cremosidade)
Modo de preparo
1. Prepare a massa: Bata os ovos, o açúcar e a manteiga até formar um creme claro. Adicione o leite, a farinha e o chocolate em pó, mexendo até a massa ficar homogênea. Por último, coloque o fermento e misture delicadamente. Despeje em uma forma untada e leve ao forno preaquecido (180 °C) por cerca de 40 minutos ou até dourar.
2. Faça o recheio: Em uma panela, misture o leite condensado, a manteiga e o chocolate em pó. Cozinhe em fogo médio até começar a desgrudar do fundo da panela (ponto de brigadeiro mole). Desligue o fogo e adicione o creme de leite, misturando bem.
3. Monte o bolo: Corte o bolo em três camadas. Espalhe o brigadeiro cremoso entre cada camada e cubra com o restante. Finalize com bicos de confeitar, raspas de chocolate ou granulado.
Dica especial
Deixe o bolo na geladeira por 2 horas antes de servir — o recheio firma e o sabor do chocolate fica ainda mais intenso.
