It's time I try to post my minis
This one was painted quite a bit ago and gifted. It was really fun to paint. My only regret about it is not having better pictures

“BEHOLD! THE HELSINGARD!”
Gosh, this guy’s huge.
Vrillium conduits on the back. Might be a weak point.

Tiny raptor! (I still need more lights, oof.)
Back home from Reapercon, and boy what a weekend!
I entered a pair of minis into the Painter’s Competition- Ibexus (the grumpy goat) and this one, a Bombshell Kritterkins Lady Sakura. Sakura was a bit of a last minute entry, as I wanted to get something into the category (I love Patrick’s sculpts!). So I set to a quick paint, probably about 9 hours between Thursday and Friday morning.
Cut to Saturday afternoon, after they've done the judging, and I notice that Sakura was judged (yay), but Ibexus appeared untouched (oh dear). They pick only one of your entries in the categories to judge (your “best”), and the selection of Sakura genuinely surprised me- I painted her with no lamp and in limited time!
Imagine how excited I was when Sakura won not only a gold from the manufacturer, but gold in the painters!!
Painted a model during my art break and day off, wanted to share with you guys since it turned out great!
This one is a KritterKin from BombShell Miniatures, I tried to challenge myself working on details and to not over rely on the washes. My tiny brush had a massive workout on this model since the little thing was roughly two pennies tall...
I kinda wish I put her on a nicer base, but I got too excited putting her together as soon as I got her.
Good news, everyone!
The R8 bubble from Bombshell looks pretty decent on T’au.
