Sunday I was working out, looked over at the body in the mirror and thought that if i didn't know what other women's bodies looked like...I would think I was beautiful. Then I "fixed" myself, adjusted my crown and decided to admire myself as the shy, awkward, "down to earth" chocolate queen that I am. Adjustment: I can see from my body that I've fallen off of my eating habits. Time to show myself some love in terms of what I put in it!
