Bonefreckle is a strange patterned tortoiseshell whose dead, faded eye, paired with a sharp copper eye, made it clear that she was destined for priesthood. This destiny made itself apparent as she grew and developed a soft level of clairvoyance. She is therefore more of an oracle than the average priestess.
Bonefreckle is nearing retirement age, although has yet to find a kit to train and replace her. She is eager to be just another counselor on the Lion's Head Council, but she wonders if this reward will be kept from her as punishment from Peacockfeather. Bonefreckle didn't notice Flurryslip's affair, and Bushbranch was transformed for his role in it. Bonefreckle will have to see what she can do to bring the blessings of the gods back to her city.
