Review #1 BONEZARK - The Piranha Hound
Starting of with an oldie but a goody, Bonezark is what you get when you cross a piranha skeleton with a fishing pole sporting an overly sharp hook. In fact I would imagine you could use one of these as a makeshift fishing pole in the zombie sea, not sure if it’d appreciate that though.
Personally I imagine these guys as being around the size of a housecat, possibly smaller. They give off a vibe of very much being being a swarm kind of monster, scuttling around on they’re tippity tappity toes. Oddly enough the description says they “were bred for use in security but demonstrate excellent tracking skills and are equally popular as hunting companions or police-monsters.” which honestly seems weird, like yeah, they’d probably make good sentries tippy tapping around but it just doesn’t strike me as something that was purposefully made for being a security monster, in fact the fish hook makes more sense if it was made originally for being a hunting monster but what do I know, maybe if I could see these fellers in action I’d be astounded by their security skills, they’d show me whats what.
Now onto my thoughts on the basic design. I like it, I think it’s a pretty good design, but for some reason it lacks... Oomph, I don’t really know how to pinpoint exactly what falls flat on the image for me. I very much like the all too fleshy eye attached to the bony head. The hook being an odd hybrid of fish hook and scorpion stinger is nice. The fleshy sack attached to the ribcage is also pretty cool and I like it, I imagine it being a pulsating orangish red. One criticism I have of it is that I think the legs should have fewer bones, like three or four leg bones with two short ones and one or two very long ones connecting to the feet.
Those are all the thoughts I have on this one, I rate it a......

It’s a good one but I feel it lacks a bit to become a great design. You could say there’s something fishy to me about it :^)
