Just repotted this old growth grape bonsai in a pot I designed to encourage it’s root growth. When I first acquired this tree it had 4 roots as it was a discard from a vineyard laying on the side of the road. I'm still here, just a busy week or two. Idk everything is a blur 😅 I added feet, Finally, to these three pots! The other feet I had made dried out. So I rolled these feet just before scoring and slipping them on. Turns out I like it that way much more! Soft clay is easier to shape without applying too much force and breaking the pot(s). Also easier to add on with soft clay!
