Congratulations screens from Fossilized Wonders.
The stage 4 midboss from Fossilized Wonders is different depending on the route you picked. There are four alternatives, each corresponding to one of the four main stone colours: red, yellow, blue and green.
The red pyramid has an eye with its corners upturned, while the yellow pyramid has an eye with its corners downturned (they do not have a mouth). The blue pyramid has a frowned mouth, while the green pyramid has a happy mouth (they do not have an eye).
During the first attack, the pyramid enemy spins clockwise, but it changes to counterclockwise in the second attack. If you let the timer run out, it will suddenly spin faster before exploding, however it may or may not change direction.
The stage 5 midboss is a pyramid which cycles through all 4 appearances: red → blue → yellow → green.

The colour of the pyramids which Ariya Iwanaga shoots during her 月符「錦の上のイマジナリー」 Moon Sign "Imaginary Atop the Brocade" spellcard from Fossilized Wonders is the same as your main story stone colour. Other stones do not influence this.
During 生符「混沌の冬」 Life Sign "Chaotic Winter" spellcard from Fossilized Wonders, Ariya Iwanaga shoots four diagonal groups of coloured shard bullets, which will reflect few times on the sides of the screen before leaving. Ariya shoots one wave and the next one will be shot when there will be few bullets left on the screen.
However, if you are extremely close to the boss, she will shoot only two groups of coloured shard bullets (the closest groups to your current position), but she will shoot two consecutive waves, in a way compensating for the other two groups which are not fired.
In Fossilized Wonders, if you take too long during Ubame's midboss nonspell, stage enemies would appear on screen around 11 seconds left. A similar thing also happens during Chimi's midboss nonspell, however since the fairy appears when there are less than 1 seconds left on the timer, it doesn't affect you that much.
