The starry backgrounds from the Music Rooms of Story of Eastern Wonderland, Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream, Lotus Land Story and Mystic Square. In Mystic Square, if you timeout the last attack of the boss, they will die with the same amount of red healthbar as when the attack started.
However, in case of Alice from stage 3, the healthbar will decrease when the last attack is timeouted. This does not happen to Alice from extra stage.
While for stages 1-6 I have used my own videos to make the gifs, the extra stage gif was made using Haniyasuko Okina's video: youtube.com/watch?v=uonwUo4RNgo.
Before unlocking the Extra stage in Mystic Square with a character, the game prompts you to "Try to Normal Stage..." even though you can unlock Extra by clearing the game on Easy.
"Bomb", "Player" and "Power" from the HUD of Mystic Square appear with Japanese symbols if you play as Reimu Hakurei.
