The things I do for you.... and I’m so glad I did... Last night I braved going to Flamingo Fitness Nottingham presents Boogie Bounce with Pip, NG2 & NG12 I was concerned that my pelvic floors would not be my friend but Pip had reassured me It would be fine and would actually help. I didn’t know what to expect but when I got there I felt fine, Pip is great and has the most infectious smile ever. The class started, lights off, disco lights on, music and off we went. Oh my goodness I don’t think I have ever smiled, laughed, danced, sweat, bounced, jumped, kicked, whooped, clapped and enjoyed an active exercise class so much. Just wow!!!! It’s so much fun I grinned all night after too I felt great. I even got my yoga fix with the core exercises and breathing. My pelvic floors were in fact very well behaved and I can’t wait to go again. What I also loved the most about the class was how real Pip is. At the start she was saying the previous week she had tried to be good but it had been a rubbish week and there was too much cake!!! She’s hardcore with her energy and whoops and bounces and takes everyone along on her fun journey. She’s addictive.
