“I am a witch,” said Vasya. Blood was running down her hand now, spoiling her grip. “I have plucked snowdrops at Midwinter, died at my own choosing, and wept for a nightingale. Now I am beyond prophecy.”
“I know that you are my guard, and you are my best friend. I know you would die for me. And I know that should that ever happen, I would die immediately after.”

It's been a while since I've posted about book recommendations so I created one, specifically for June ✨️ Creating this queer graphic novel and maga list makes me want to reread them despite having a massive tbr this month already 😆
Anyway, I call this list "𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚖 𝚒𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝚜𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚎𝚡𝚌𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐, 𝚏𝚞𝚗, 𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚜𝚝𝚢, 𝚏𝚛𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐, 𝚌𝚞𝚝𝚎, 𝚑𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚏𝚎𝚕𝚝, 𝚏𝚞𝚕𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚜𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚔 𝚘𝚗 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚊 𝚕𝚘𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚒𝚖𝚎🤚🏽."
Not gonna lie. That was what I felt when reading these mangas and graphic novels ♥️
I don't see them that much here on booksta and thought, why not post about these gems ✨️ I would say these are some of my top tier list that I have yet to see here on booksta so I'm sharing these here ✨️

A Dangerous Collaboration (Veronica Speedwell #4) - Deanna Raybourn
"‘You think that is love, brother? That I should kill for her?’ He shook his head, his eyes locked with mine. ‘You are the fool, Tiberius, because you still do not understand. I do not love her enough to kill for her.’ He stepped to the edge of the rock. ‘I love her enough to die for her.’
And without another word, he disappeared over the edge of the rock and into the blackness of the sea."
YA LIT MEME: [1/∞] favorite female characters → kestrel trajan from the winner’s trilogy by marie rutkoski
She remembered how her heart, so tight, like a scroll, had opened when Arin kissed her. It had unfurled. If her heart were truly a scroll, she could burn it. It would become a tunnel of flame, a handful of ash. The secrets she had written inside herself would be gone. No one would know.
