I let the holidays, travel and eating whatever I want compromise my training. It's a new week and the 2nd of the new year. Holiday's are behind me and it's time to regroup. My workouts up until Saturday were suffering, but the good news is I am pulling myself out! We can't go back and make sucky workouts less sucky, so take those as a lesson and move forward.
