Thinking about the Likely curse again. It obviously affected The Library, Scam, and Hermie, but how does it affect Mark? Is it that they are like Hermie and she has problems being herself instead of a different person (like Dennis). Based on his full name, Bookmark, does he have a need to constantly insert themself into other's narratives? Or is it something completely different?

The possibility that some background NPC of season 2 was actually set up to be Mark Likely, but the teens never cared enough to interact with them, haunts me.

Alright, Nicholas Foster timeline thoughts:

Jodie was present for all of the Faerune events, including the death of Scam at Ravenloft. Jodie was present for everything involving Dennis, and Mark hated him just like she did the other dads. So I propose, disapproving sibling-in-law Bookmark Likely being present throughout Scam and Jodie's relationship, consistently trying to prove to Scam that Jodie is not a good match for him.
