One more page test. I dig it! Now... It's time for the REAL test... #ipadpro #procreate #bookofmojo
Been getting excited at a bunch of indie animated films being made. Saw some great behind the scenes at CTN. Got to meet the director of Book of Mojo @shfp there and got super excited to chat about his project. I’m hoping Lucy has an epic cool introduction. Go follow the project on twitter, instagram, Facebook and spread the word cuz it’s gonna be awesome!
Hello from Mojo
Welcome back, Mojo Fans! We missed you! I know it's our fault we haven't been together, but we've got plans to change that. As you can see this is our dedicated Director working on those very plans.
Why is he working so hard you ask? Is it because he cares deeply about you?
Yes! It is. You are right! He loves you. You make Book of Mojo possible and you’re why he keeps working so hard. That is why this blog is back. That and because when we're working at 2A.M. and our minds start making some strange twisted creations, we need a home for them.
As we move towards our end goal, this blog will be populated with late night doodles, more images of Everett and some more of the crew, maybe even a time lapse of our artists working. I promise they will be of the work and not just the artists. Until then, here's a doodle done by Everett of Lucy who's overwhelmed by my frantic typing style.
In continuation of our Fathers Day weekend special spotlighting the man behind the Book of Mojo - Creator/Director Everett Downing, Team MOJO presents part I of Everett’s Q&A.
And if you truly miss interacting with Everett, give him a tweet at @Mr._Scribbles. Wish him a Happy Father’s Day. We, at Team MOJO, know it would warm his heart.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY EV!
More than just a very talented artist, a welcome collaborator, and really great guy, Everett is also an awesome father. Like any other artist, Everett’s work stems from his vivid imagination. What often also fuels an artist’s drive to manifest their vision is an inspirational cause. In the instance of the Book of Mojo, Ev’s guiding light comes from his two little girls.
Like an other great dad on the planet, Ev would go to great lengths to see to his children’s health & happiness. Comic Book resources just ran a tweet through twitterverse Friday about a man in the UK who created a short film, "Amazing Spider-Dad," to honor his son's memory. This man created this video after his son’s tragic passing because his love was that strong. Thus in a similar vein, Everett painstakingly works into the wee hours of the night after work to realize a vision not only for his artistic needs & merits, but especially for his children.

Contributing to the Book of Mojo means you not only support a visionary artist or help bring a great story to life; your contributions also show you value a vision of inclusivity, no matter what, not just for the sake of Everett’s children but also your children, the children in your lives, and in the world.
As always, your financial participation & spreading the word is much appreciated (as well as great Fathers Day gift for Everett). Many thanks for taking the time to learn more about Everett and the inspiration behind the Book of Mojo.
Cheers,
Team MOJO is a-Go Go !
Team MOJO wishes all fathers a warm-hearted Happy Fathers Day!

This Fathers Day weekend we’ll be spotlighting the man behind the Book of Mojo - Creator/Director Everett Downing.
Team MOJO recognizes, due to the intense amount of work Everett and the artists of Team MOJO are pushing through to complete the project, that the BoM Fandom hasn’t heard much from the man behind Mojo himself as of late. So without further ado, Team MOJO offers up some love for Everett, and presents an article recently written about him and the BoM project which we feel is totally appropriate Fathers Day weekend sharing.
