The book is a political nail-biter reciting a story about a gangster turned common man who runs a shop and packs Jeera(cumin). He flees the world of mobsters and enters into an ordinary life years ago but he misses something. That something is his 'Taj Mahal' as the author describes his craft and passion as a killer. He still yearns his art and perfection as an assassin for Dada, CM of Uttar Pradesh, India. He wants to return to his profession but How? And after living a peaceful life for so long it's difficult for him to go back. Enclosed by all these dilemmas he undertakes a mission. What is that mission and how he executes it, will blow you in the end? The Book became a page-turner for me just because I wanted to know whether he is able to build his Taj Mahal or not? 🗿 There are other stories going on side by side involving political rivalry, drugs, murders, family competition, affairs and a bit of romance. 🗿Frankly telling, the book distracted me a little in the starting but then after a few pages, I got immersed in the story so much that I just wanted to know the end desperately. 🗿The description of the political scenario was very relatable and reasonable. 🗿The book reveals some really grey shades of the politics in India. 🗿The author has laid out the scenes adequately. Have you ever felt a familiar and a positive vibe from any stranger? . The book starts with an introduction about Avanni, the protagonist and how she meets KK, Kiran Kapoor. They both fall in love at first sight and are madly into each other. But life take its toll and they are separated by circumstances BUT this does not end here. Twist in the story will shock you. It will engage you in the book so deeply that this book will become a page-turner. Four people with same name but different destinations when cross each others path, what happens is total mess. Avanni is devastated but she has another Kiran Kapoor to hold her. The moment you start feeling that the book has approached its Happy-ending, you will again be caught in a complete shock when you get to know the real culprit that's the bad hat in everybody's lives. . Also, even the end will leave you with a question to discover in the sequeal of the book that I am eagerly waiting for now. . ❣ I truly loved the story because it was absorbing and spine-tingling inspite of being a love story. ❣ The simple writing style will help you read it easily if you're a new reader. ❣The story is very well linked up. It being a secret place is bestowed with some magical things and mystical people who have powers that we hear about in Indian Mythology. The best part is the science that revolves around these powers which the author has explained so well. These people are trying to keep the vedic knowledge intact and to do this humans from the modern world are chosen. 🔥The book is a complete mythological thriller and it hooked me throughout. 🔥I did not feel lost even for once and every chapter of the book could be imagined just like a picture without loosing track of the other characters and scenes 🔥The author has narrated the book in a seamless manner. 🔥The writing style is simple and graceful. Anybody can read it easily without using a dictionary. And you can even start your reading journey with this book. 🔥It was a total delight to read it and has become my favourite in the mythological sci-fi so far. I loved the mantras and their explaination as I was in search of some of them. 🔥 I personally liked the character Chitra, and am inspired by her will and determination. 🔥This book is totally a recommendation if you are and even if you're not a mytho reader. MY RATINGS: ⭐⭐⭐🌠... ◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇ The story is about two seats 7A &7B who encounters each other in a flight. They have nothing in common except for the hope of having an empty seat next to theirs. But unfortunately it does not happen and they turn out to be seating together. And this face-off turns into a 15-long hour talking. They both are poles apart in their thinking and lifestyle but something connects them. That journey together was their first and last meet but as they say in Japenese: Ichi-go-ichi-e. One time, one encounter, lasts a lifetime. . Firstly, the Cover is very appealing. Then coming to the story, I felt like I was reading journals of two people who don't meet each other often but their lives are surrounded by each other's views. How? You will find that when you read the book😉 Also, I found that the story telling was contemperory so reading many things from the present scenario was nice. Some of the life's philosophical questions raised by seat 7B were mind-boggling. There were so many beautiful lines in the Book and my favourite one is:: "If the plan doesn't work, change the plan but never the goal. The goal doesn't change."... Only some of the times, I felt lost and could not connect to the scenario. But the story was something unique that I have read so far. 🚫CAUTION: Just like seat 7A said, "I can't lie. Consequently, she can feed her body while protecting her heart. MY TAKE ON THE BOOK:: This is the 2nd book of the series "The lonely spinsters club" and it is about another cousin of the club "Willow" who is trying to attain detachment in her life but some of her chakras leads to an imbalance and she has to go for her set ninety day rule . Yes! She has a rule which she has followed diligently. Why did she chose such a thing? This is to be found out when you will read the book. But when he meets Josh, things takes a turn. The last time she met him was an year ago on Ruthie's wedding and they had a great night together. She felt he was the perfect fit for her but the only thing that stops her from being in a relationship is her commitment to herself, a commitment to not go in a relationship ever. But life is not what you think it is. 'Never say never' is what plays its trick and she is trapped by her commitment but the imbalance of her chakras seems aligned when she meets Josh. The story is very plain to read but you will find it much more relatable if you go for Book#1 KENDALL before because it will set an urge inside you to read more about all the sisters. They are a happy family with a caring but a sarcastic grandmother Beverly who is always nagging these lonely spinsters for not finding a partner for themselves, for her actual happiness is when you have somebody in life who will be there to hold you in old and tough times. The simple read, flowing story and the setting of the scenes is very apt. I liked the writing style and could relate the storyplot in each and every chapter which was easy to understand and very smooth.
