What was your favorite read of October??? 📚 I honestly didn’t think I read that many books. But somehow I read 15 😱 and man, we’re there some amazing reads in there! I can’t pick just one!!! Vengeful was amazing. And The Sacrifice Box was so perfect for October. Forest of a thousand lanterns was spectacular and words we don’t say was stunning! So, I can’t choose 😂 📚 I am in love with this bookmark my amazing friend Megan @pnwbookworm made me for my birthday!!! Given how many books I devoured this month, I thought it was perfect!!! “Wah! A book that made you cry.” - #TheReadersBookNook . Guys, I finished reading this book the other night and then just sat on my couch and cried for a while. I was texting the hubs whilst reading it because it’s SO relevant to today. The people are all getting really selfish and they want to BUILD A WALL TO KEEP OUT ANYONE ELSE FROM JOINING THEIR VILLAGE. This book is so real it hurts. And the ending just wrecked me. Just thinking about it now makes me want to cry again. Can we please replace President Cheeto of Hate with Leader in this book? . I'm a little late, joining in, but better late than never!Lol. So, here is Day 13- Book(s) that Made Me Cry of the #fanaticalbirdjune challenge @fanatical.fantasy @littleliterarybird. Before you guys judge, here me out on Twilight! Lol. When I was first reading it as a young teen, and the part where Edward leaves Bella and the pages literally just say "November, December, January" broke my young adolescent heart and I swore I felt Bella's despair! Lol. Also, TFiOS, is pretty self evident. I was bawling like a baby when Gus goes out to get his cigarette and his tube came out. I lost my damn mind! Lol.
