For the ask: a childhood book or movie that is very dear to you ❤️
thank you for asking, dear!! a childhood movie that i will never get out of my head is matrix. i never got around watching and reading things that were meant for kids because my father’s love languages are quality time and gift giving so he was always either watching a movie with me or telling me to read his favourite books.
i remember that i got around watching it one day while on a holiday to our relatives’ and we spent the whole night cuddled on the sofa watching the whole series front to back a couple of times.
we spent the remaining time we were at my relatives’ infodumping about the series and our personal headcanons, much to the enjoyment of my very allistic mother who used to understand nothing of our father-child bonding time.
(my favourite book when i was a child was stephen king’s it, so i don’t think i am crossing that bridge, not yet.)
