"Christian Girl Autumn" - Essential Knits
“Christian Girl Autumn” – Essential Knits

Boot toppers have been a staple for years, but I thought I would give these a Santa twist. You can wear these upwards, and they look like regular boot toppers. Fold them over and your boots instantly become Santa Boots. Handy.
You will need:
5mm straight needles
DK fluffy white yarn
Darning needle
Cast on 50 stitches. (Knit 2, Purl 2) – repeat over the whole row. Repeat this row over 10 rows.
Stockinette stitch (alternating rows of knit and purl) for 14 rows.
(Knit 2, Purl 2) – repeat over the whole row. Repeat this row over 6 rows. Cast off.
Fold in half and stitch up the side of the boot topper. Darn in your tails.
Wear with the longer ribbed section under your boot top. Fold the top section over your boots to create a Santa boot.

There is just something so relaxing about listening to good music, while trying to be creative, words just seem to flow. This post will be a nice short one.
Anyways lets get to the meat and potatoes…
