I test knit this hat in October for the pattern designer and I don't think I ever shared it here. The designer put the pattern up on ravelry and it is free! Great gift for kids (and super quick knit, even the scarf). One tester used size 15 needles and made an adult sized hat
This was going to be a Christmas gift but it doesn't seem suited to the recipient and I need a hat that covers my ears. The yarn is super wash and it stretched so badly. A trip through the dryer helped. I think my stitches were neater before blocking (I'd like to think so any way). But anyhow, it is soft. Picholine Hat pattern here for free
