hehehhehe i'm delighted with the pigeon museum enthusiasm!! the one i was talking about is in oklahoma in the US; the internet tells me there's also one in germany which looks neat? the oklahoma one is this little place that's part history museum, part art museum, part library (just books about pigeons, in different languages), part sports hall of fame, part war veterans museum (for pigeons' contributions in the world wars, mostly), and also there are live pigeons and you can hold them <33

A Bride’s Story is a slice of life manga series set in 1800′s central Asia and it’s the most gorgeous and skillfully illustrated manga/comic/graphic novel in existence. If you have any interest in the medium of comics, this is my number one recommendation.

Every single page and panel is illustrated with this level of detail, whether it depicts bread baking, sewing, hunting, woodworking, fighting, weddings, or friends chatting. And the composition and paneling is understated but beautifully effective. I am so utterly in love with Mori’s skill as an artist and a storyteller. This series is hands down my number one recommendation to anyone who likes or is interested in trying comics/manga
