Last week was the 5th day of Helona, my birthday. Though, I don’t know what year it was other than my month exactly… I didn’t really have time to celebrate my birthday, due to the amount of missions I asked to do for Rex. But really, nobody other than myself knows about my birthday. Until Maki ran up to me in my ship while in hyperspace with a cupcake in hand screaming,
“Happy Birthday, Mary! Blow out your candle and make a wish!”
It caught me completely off guard. I almost dropped the knife I was sharpening on my foot, because I wasn’t expecting her to know my birthday. We’ve only been working with each other for 4 months! But… I did appreciate it. I didn’t want her to cry because I refused to accept her gift, it would be rude of me to not accept a gift from her; especially when it’s her baking. She has potential to be a baker. If it weren’t for the war and her being a Jedi, she would’ve lived in Corscant happily with her family and have a bakery where she could make all the sweets her heart and mind desired. But also, she wouldn’t be able to give me this treat on my birthday…
I did make a wish though. Hoping to have a family or maybe find my real family someday, but I couldn’t find the guts to tell her…

I was so busy working on the fanfic (and other things) that I forgot June 5th was Mary’s birthday 😱. I felt like a terrible mother, even if Mary isn’t my biological daughter. But hey! At least it’s her birthday month! And uh… some other person who shares the same month as her… *cough* Cain.
Also, this is in the timeline before Cain, Robin, and TBB met Mary and Maki! So it’s like a little short memory.
Wish our girl a happy birthday please! And tell her she deserves a break so she doesn’t get a burn out lol.
