It is never too late...Just repeat this over and over in your mind until it is done...then move on to next 'thing', and in the end we realise that there is always something more that drives us towards the ultimate state of being or that 'thing' that we are longing for. JUST ENJOY.
Meditative Moments
We know that meditation enhances our well being...Why are we not doing it? Or are we doing it without being aware of it? Any time we are at peace with our inner self in harmony and balance — I believe we are in a natural meditative state of mind...and when we are at peace we are happy and experience all the benefits that meditation offers us. So the questions becomes—What makes you feel at peace? This in itself will induce a natural state of meditation, just like falling asleep does when we are tired. Happy being at peace xx
