The Borgward Traumwagen (Dream Car) of 1955 was an advanced prototype designed for high-speed cruising on Germany's autobahns. It used aerodynamic, light alloy bodywork and a 130hp 2.5-litre flat-four engine along with advanced features for the period like disc brakes. Soon after its presentation at the Frankfurt Motor Show, it was involved in an accident, and though it was repaired, it went missing after the company's bankruptcy in 1961 and is believed to have been scrapped.

1952 Borgward Hansa 1800
German engineering and early sixties style were the big attractions for this 1952 Borgward Hansa 1800 rare beauty.
The Borgward Hansa 1500 is a medium-sized automobile that was manufactured by the Bremen based auto-manufacturer Carl F. W. Borgward GmbH from 1949 to 1954. It was first presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1949 and production commenced on 13 October 1949. The similar Hansa 1800 was introduced in 1952. The Hansa was replaced by the Borgward Isabella in 1954.
