Alright guys! You KNOW this was coming. Because Orochi totally took over a pregnant body at SOME point. And I'm all for the absolute chaos that would be. Perhaps, Log, is the result? Could this be why he chose to make Mitsuki artificially and not traditionally? Anyways, enjoy this piece and if you think it's too cursed(which tbf, it totally is) proceed to scroll.

@naruto-fantasy-week day 6, Sirens & Merfolk. The actual entry is the third picture, the one that looks the worst, and the rest happened as i thought more about this au. image description under the cut :3

1: two images of merperson redesigns of Suigetsu, Kisame, Zabuza, Mangetsu, and Haku. They would have been all one image but i drew Suigetsu on a different line :p they’re all standing the same way with their arms at their sides except Haku, who is laying down propping his torso up with his arms because he has a traditional mermaid body (unlike the others who look more like scaley men with fins.) none of them are wearing clothes but they don’t have any genitals or nipples because u know. merpeople. everyone has five clawed fingers with webs in between, and everyone but Kisame and Haku have five webbed, clawed toes pointing forward.
Suigetsu has freckles and dark spots on his shoulders and thighs, and a clear belly through which you can see his bones but no organs. Three little fish are swimming through it. His eyes are huge like a deep sea creature and the circles on the outside of his irises are thicker than usual.
Mangetsu looks almost the same except his bangs are thinner and he’s taller and his limbs are really long (just like in the series). He doesn’t have freckles but his spots go all the way down to his wrists and ankles.
Kisame has fins for ears! he’s muscled as usual and has tiger stripes peeking out from the back of his torso, arms and legs. He has a shark tail and also his human legs. his feet have four toes pointing forward and one pointing backward like a bird’s.
Zabuza also has fin ears, and bandages hanging off his face and neck because i didn’t know how to make him look like Zabuza otherwise. he has scars scattered around his body.
Haku has the tail and fins of an orca whale and the upper body and hairstyle of literally just haku from naruto. my creativity kinda ran out with him im sorry, i might revamp him if i do more w/ this au
2: now that u know what all the guys look like! now they’re committing crimes!!!! Suigetsu is swimming in the foreground being pretty, looking up and to the left, as a boat passes overhead. kisame is ripping a wood plank from the bottom of the boat as mangetsu hovers below him, zabuza has climbed up the side and is climbing onboard, and Haku’s swimming below him. Seaweed grows up from the sea floor.
3: a comic that comes after they sank the ship, suigetsu rescued a guy from the ship. that guy is log, the son of orochimaru who owns a powerful shipping company that’s not at all a front for illegal things, or course not officer uvu
anyway. suigetsu leans against a cliff with log in his lap. log is facing to the left, his torso is upright and his arms are limp at his sides. there’s a bird nesting on the cliff in the top left and a clump of flowers growing in the bottom left, because fuck the right corners. suigetsu asks “so are you like, dead, or...”
log’s eye opens; he looks up and comes face to face with suigetsu’s giant eyes looking at him curiously.
4: there’s this karate move i was trying to draw between these two panels and i didn’t at all do it right but im going to attempt to describe what’s going on. first log lies down over suigetsu’s lap, putting his hands and feet on the ground, making suigetsu say “woah dude what u doing”
then log pushes off his feet and his knees go forward over his belly, and then he pushes his legs back the way they came to kick suigetsu really hard in the side of his head. suigetsu yells “ahhHHHH” and is in the middle of falling over.
5: a small last panel whose only purpose is to show how log flipped over backward, landing off to the right in a crouch, still facing suigetsu. suigetsu is leaning on the ground away from him, rubbing his neck and saying “dude, not cool.”
