I was trying to phrase it well but this site does a better job of it (search "pull the other one, it's got bells on" at en (.) wictionary (.) org) it's basically just a sarcastic way of saying that what the other guy is saying is ridiculous to the point of it being a joke and that you're not going to fall for it

They'd probably just make a terrible version of the 'average player's experience', but wouldn't it be interesting if they made a movie about the Occupation of Shanxi/First Contact War?

That’s the best way to go. Expand on the universe without trying to recreate an experience unique to gaming. Buuuut we’ll see if they agree….
