Sometimes I'll be trying to work on something for three actual months, and then other times I'll wake up and fixate for 10 hours and bang out a piece that's been sitting in my WIP folder for a year. This is not the piece I wanted to finish! But it was the piece that got finished, so I'll take it!

Behold Gerethiril, Zath's dad who has never done anything wrong in his life. Like legitimately. He's spent years learning how to manage and hide his vampirism and chooses good every day. It's a shame his son is so, uh... not interested in doing the same.
