“Do we really have to be outside for this?” A giant, old fighter-bot complained, making sure not to move so he wouldn't accidentally crush the small markazian below. “Yes we do. You smell like serathoid shit, you need to be washed.” Malik replied, tone slightly irritated as he rinsed off one of the machine’s legs. At least the weather on Yerek was decent today.

"This is really difficult. What am I gonna get dad for his birthday? He already has everything!" The teen groaned in annoyance. Tomorrow Malik was turning forty one, and Zoey had no idea what to do. Her dad was that guy who already had everything he wanted.

Malik still wasn't ok with seeing Jonin around. But he chose a hell of a time to drop by. “You know I'm going to Magnus right?” That planet was still dangerous, even after Ephemeris had been taken down. But danger never stopped the markazian from doing anything. Malik was certainly prepared. He had plenty of weapons on hand and an AI chip.
