The last movie I saw was Black Panther, and I don’t know how to condense everything I loved about it into a few sentences, but what I loved the most about it was its complexity and honesty. I love that Erik got the dignity of his choice, despite everything he’d done. I love that it’s hard to not understand why he got to the psychological space he did. And I love that now I want to watch everything Ryan Coogler has ever made, not even because the movie was so good but because those end credits were so stunning.
