@boundlesswrath because we talked about it once and I need it
Waking up again wasn’t what she thought it would be. It wasn’t as difficult to breathe. Her chest wasn’t tight and she could feel the ends of her fingers. And there wasn’t that metal brace around her head, wrists, or ankles. Nothing was holding her down. There was no beeping of machines near her, even though she knew she was still in some kind of capsule.
She could hear three heartbeats in this room, one getting steadily closer. Once they were close enough, her eyes snapped open and she slammed her forehead into their’s--darting up and prying open the door to the room they were in. Ready to run.
Another one tried to stop her with some kind of hissing thing and she was quick to throw them into the nearest wall before slipping out through the crack she managed to form in the door. Anger bright in her eyes. Where the hell was she? Those windows only had stars--what the hell was this?
She kept running till she got to some kind of exit, already pulling back one of the doors with a grunt and puff. She heard something about airlock and felt the sharp sting of a weapon, but not from anywhere close to her. And it wasn’t enough to get her down. Instead, she just let go of the door and advanced on the one who actually tried to zap her.
“Where the fuck am I?” Her voice a low growl just before she decked the young woman and took the gun looking thing.
