Sunday “Let’s play two” Glutes and back

Chicago Cub great Ernie Banks once said, Lets play two! Then yes i’m going to work two today!

With Christmas here literally. Going to double up Sunday night. Glute’s and Back

Glute: Toe 2 ceiling pulse, hamstring curl, grasshopper, pulse bridge X 3 foot angles, grasshoppers, heel kicks and rainbow leg extensions 17 minutes.            Bonus: 15 walking lunges and 20 fire hydrants.  

Back: Wing squeezes at 5 different angles, walnut crushers, back behinds, walnut crunches, dive squeezes standing for all moves. Bow forward, shoulder squeeze bow, stop signs, upper back squeeze, mid back squeeze, twisted mid back squeeze and swimming bowing 14 minutes.                                                  Bonus: Repeat first part 6 minutes.
