"Survived is a little off..." Ava grumbles, more annoyed by the pact and her own choices than Angel's choice of words. "Fought to live might be better, but... I do want to see things through." That is all she has ever wanted, albeit not in the way that it has transpired. She's working with what she has to the best of her ability, even if it makes her want to tear her hair out more often than not.

"My entire existence and my ability to see it through kinda... Relies on the fact that I have to see it through. Which, y'know, makes it a pain in the ass and sometimes makes me wonder why the fuck I did it anyways." Spite is, and has continued to be, her strongest motivator whenever Ava feels like she wants to just stop. She's not quite sure anymore who she's trying to spite by continuing to live, the list grows longer every day.

Sailing through Ragnar's Rock!

Amidst the wreckage of her ship, surrounded by strange red reefs, Beebz awoke on a floating pile of debris. She groaned, nursing her aching head and a few bruises here and there. The Demon Queen could at least stand on her feet, and so she brushed herself off and looked around as she tried to remember what happened.

*Ok so....we were all sailing to Ragnar's Rock to find out who my actual dad really was aaaand the last thing I can recall is these stupid red reefs and goop coming out of the ocean and totaling our ship...No wonder this place doesn't get much tourism.* Beebz recalled in her mind.

"Tch...some welcome mat huh, 'dad'?" Beebz mumbled to herself in annoyance. But first things first, she's gotta make sure everyone else is alright! Then she could bitch about her supposed 'dad' rolling out one hell of a red carpet later.

"Mom! Yo! Mom! Are you ok!?" Beebz called out for her adoptive mom, Madeline. "Midgi? Luci? DK? Any one else nearby?" She started jumping from debris pile to debris pile as she called out, not wanting to touch the red goop that caked the surface of the water. Something tells her that stuff ain't exactly healthy, for demons, humans or otherwise!

"That is kinda what 's like on the ship, 'cept it's the endless void of space, but..." It was a great question, the item being a harder choice to make over the person. "Odin, actually. Surprising as that is. He's more savvy with different environments than I am, I think he's got a better handle on how to survive without everything I'm used to. If I had to pick an item, probably a flint? Or whatever that thing is you need to make sparks for fire. Makeshift weapons 'nd traps can be made with stuff there, but fire 'nd keeping warm is a bigger issue. I think I could probably identify enough safe plants to eat, he knows how to hunt I think, it'd be way easier. We already kinda have to do that anyways."

"..." She stalled a moment then. Electric sheep? Wasn't that a book, or a computer science-y thing? So what the heck was her favorite A.I. (and only one she really knows, honestly) going on about?

"Wait, are the electric sheep in danger?? You know I'll kick any wolf in the face!" She posed, ready to throw down and fight those mean dogs that refused to be domesticated by her wonderful and cute self! How dare they not conform to her [Redacted Company] princess dreams of having animals friends to do laundry with!

"Huh... bit of a random question, but... I dunno. Never actually tried to see how many I can fit in there since the thought never crossed my mind. And I ain't usually one for guessin'. But, if I ever decide to go for it, I'll let ya know."

"I hold all equally, regardless of rank or species. Though, I am biased in adoring witches most of all." Her lips curved into a teasing grin before falling away. "How I treat a god or royal is completely dependent on their actions. Are they just a bloodline brat with no deeds to their name? They mean little to me, then. Are they are god or royal that uplifted themselves, ascended to their position of power? I may regard them with more respect. It is no different than how I treat the commonfolk."

Her finger tapped against the side of her face, "I do not like gods by default, typically. Many are inactive, they've stagnated themselves and simply gorge on the worship and praise they've come to demand or expect. All I often feel for them is a desire to see how much I can push before they topple over." Mortem stated with a note of displeasure. "Royalty can be similar, though you have some who have the crown or seek it to be individuals of great ambition. That will create change, regardless of the morality of it. I appreciate those individuals."
