My storyboard class is probably my favorite class. This is a character turnaround for a short animation assignment. His name, Remi, comes from the street in Queens, New York where I spent the best years of my childhood, Remington Street. Remi embodies all the happiness of being a kid who is untainted by the world. Like me when I was 9, he lives in his own little world, rather his own little world lives in him! He amuses himself with his imagination and his toys since there's a big age gap between his older siblings. Though he's a happy kid, the story gets pretty dark. 😃😈😱
